I would highly recommend A Best Environmental, LLC. and Larry Stone. From the beginning, Larry explained the entire process of reducing the level of radon gas entering my home. I accepted bids from a total of four contractors and chose A Best Environmental for several reasons: 1) Larry was very straightforward in answering all of my questions; 2) he guaranteed that he would bring the gas levels down to my satisfaction; and 3) he provided a very competitive price.

During installation we discovered that my house had been built using an unconventional construction technique which did not allow the described system to work properly. Larry developed a solution that proved to be successful, and the job was completed with the desired results. Though the work took a little longer, he did not alter the original cost estimate. Additionally, he tested all of my immediate neighbors at no charge when some of the other companies wanted over $100 to do so. None of my neighbors had a radon problem and Larry did not receive any additional work from the testing.
